We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
All sales are final.

We only accept exchanges in case of defective or damaged products. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory for any exchange request. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue without any cuts or edits.

Items must be unused and in original condition for exchange eligibility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
